Job Summary
Source qualified technical candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking while building a robust talent pipeline. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, draft job descriptions, and conduct resume screenings, technical interviews, and coding assessments. Coordinate interview processes with technical panels, manage candidate feedback loops, and maintain accurate hiring records in ATS tools. Track key metrics including time-to-fill and source effectiveness while promoting company culture at career fairs and university drives. Provide support on payroll, attendance, and HR compliance matters. This role requires 6–12 months of recruitment experience, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience of 6 months - 1 year in the recruitment industry
- A desire to deliver the best quality candidate in a high pressure and time-sensitive environment
- Proven experience working within a team and creating a positive work environment and communication
- Proven ability to utilize internal and online databases to source and identify candidates for current and future needs
- Working experience with an applicant tracking system
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- It's an onsite Position
