Job Summary
Plan, monitor, and manage assigned project workstreams ensuring delivery against specifications, quality standards, costs, and timeframes while supporting mid-size project execution under senior guidance. Coordinate resources and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across functions and regions to identify and manage risks, changes, and dependencies. Build working relationships to drive progress, resolve blockers, and meet project deadlines. This role is located in Vilnius, Lithuania, with a hybrid setup of at least three days in-office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Some years of experience in project management, including systems integration or product development environments
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency in project management tools, including Excel
- This position will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change
- Individuals applying for or occupying this position must have no previous unspent convictions for criminal offences under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania, with the exception of offences solely related to minor road traffic violations
Desired Qualifications
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Experience in capital markets, fintech, or a regulated technology environment
- Exposure to global or cross-functional teams
