Job Summary
Provide technical support via calls, emails, and support tickets while troubleshooting Linux, VoIP, Dialer, and network-related issues. Support the configuration of IP Phones, PBX systems, and telecom services, and monitor servers, backups, and system health. Assist with software installation, upgrades, and maintenance, then create and update technical documentation and support records. Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Follow company SOPs and support processes. Bachelor's degree required with 0–1 year experience; basic Linux, networking, and VoIP knowledge essential.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Understanding of Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Basic knowledge of VoIP, SIP, or IP Telephony
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer support skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- CentOS/Ubuntu
- Familiarity with Asterisk or VICIdial
- Linux, Networking, or VoIP certifications
