Manage purchase orders for our European supplier portfolio, ensuring all ingredients are delivered on time and in the right quality. Act as the main point of contact with suppliers and production for all operational matters, while independently handling delivery scheduling, shortage management, and supplier performance improvement. Build and develop long-term relationships with suppliers and implement processes to optimize our supply chain. Reduce food waste, OTIFIQ (On Time, In Full, In Quality), and error rates as your key daily performance indicators.
