Manage purchase orders for the European supplier portfolio to ensure ingredients are delivered on time and in the right quality, acting as the main point of contact with suppliers and production for all operational matters. Independently handle delivery scheduling, shortage management, and supplier performance improvement while building long-term relationships to optimize the supply chain. Reduce food waste and error rates, tracking daily performance against OTIFIQ metrics.
