Job Summary
Review sales, purchase, bank, fixed assets, and payroll transactions while reconciling client balances and managing month/quarter-end reviews of P&L, AP, and AR. Prepare management reports, handle payroll finalization and tax compliance, and suggest protocol improvements to enhance financial accuracy. Communicate with clients via email or calls to address queries, maintain CRM records, and prioritize daily tasks including mailbox checks and ad hoc requests. Provide shadow training to junior members, adapt to changing processes, and ensure strict adherence to process documents and client profiles.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Industry or similar companies

Desired Qualifications
- He / She should be experienced in the accounting field with a professional degree like Inter CA, or pursuing CMA or should be an MBA or M.Com in Finance degree holder having vast experience in the accounting field
