Job Summary
Jr. Sous Chef - Pastry accountable for overall success of daily kitchen operations, supervises kitchen staff, assists Executive Chef, prepares and cooks pastry items, ensures sanitation and food standards, maintains quality and guest satisfaction, and develops staff while managing costs. Focus areas include supervising cooks, ensuring culinary standards, handling daily production estimates, training and mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality pastry items consistent with brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years of culinary/food & beverage experience OR a 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management with 2 years of related experience
