Job Summary
Jr. Sous Chef position (Full Time) responsible for assisting the Sous Chefs and Chef de Cuisine with supervising and producing high-quality food in the assigned outlet. Performs culinary duties, follows recipe specifications, cooks in volume, assists kitchen team with food preparation, helps supervise outlet operations, maintains sanitation standards, adheres to regulations (fire marshal, OSHA, health department), assists with month-end inventories, and provides excellent guest service in a casino environment. Must be able to stand, move, and lift up to 25 lbs; experience in kitchen production and a willingness to support a team in a fast-paced setting are required. No supervisory responsibilities beyond assisting with supervising kitchen outlets; tribal ordinances and internal controls apply.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in kitchen production.
