Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain robotic process automations to handle repetitive operational workflows across business areas. Integrate internal systems and third-party applications through APIs and automation platforms while troubleshooting, monitoring, and improving existing solutions. Document technical processes and collaborate with stakeholders to identify efficiency opportunities. Support testing, deployment, and maintenance of automation projects while learning new AI and automation technologies. Requires 0–2 years of software development experience with Python, JavaScript, or C# skills in a fast-paced startup environment. Located in São Paulo or Medellín for full-time roles.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in software development or automation
- Degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or C#
- Understanding of basic SQL and relational databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally Familiarity with APIs
- Nice to have English proficiency
