Job Summary
Jr Software Developer role supporting DoD/National Security projects with hands-on work across languages and modern DevSecOps tooling; responsible for building secure, cloud-native, containerized solutions, contributing to CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to secure and optimize space/defense software systems.
Required Qualifications
- Top Secret with SCI clearance
- 2 years’ experience with Kubernetes or Docker
- 2 years developing web-based applications
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Vue.Js, Angular and/or React
- Experience with scripting languages Python, Bash, Powershell
- Experience with version control systems like Gitlab
- Experience in software systems development using CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps methodologies
- Experience with Log Management and Analytics tools
- Proficient in AWS Cloud Services, Gitlab, Ansible, Maven, Gradle
- Experience with Unit/Integration Testing
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code
- Knowledge of Service Mesh (Istio)
- Experience with automation languages like Python, GoLang, JavaScript
- Knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB
