Job Summary
Jr. Salesforce Consultant / Solution Architect to bridge business strategy and technical execution. Manage client calls, translate business requirements for the development team, guide implementation with the internal team, and perform declarative Salesforce administration (Flows, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts) to support client projects. Requires real-world business or management experience and at least 1 year of hands-on Salesforce experience, plus certifications. The role emphasizes client-facing discovery, solution design, and collaboration with developers in a full-time, remote-capable setup based in Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of active Salesforce ecosystem experience with at least one current certification
- Strong background in real-world business operations, management, or professional consulting prior to entering the tech space
- Prior professional experience in project management (agile or waterfall), account management, or team leadership
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; absolute comfort presenting to stakeholders and leading client-facing meetings
- Advanced English (C1/C2) — Required
