Job Summary
Proactively identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B clients to promote large-format printing and graphic solutions. Develop and maintain strong long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions for point-of-purchase displays, banners, murals, signage, and custom prints. Gain in-depth knowledge of wide-format printing processes, materials, substrates, and finishing techniques. Present product value emphasizing brand visibility, customer engagement, and marketing impact. Collaborate with internal sales and production teams to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Track and report daily sales activity, pipeline status, and performance metrics using CRM tools. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to strengthen sales and product knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Self-starter with strong prospecting and client engagement skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn CRM and sales tools
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong team-oriented mindset
- Goal-driven with the ability to stay persistent and motivated in a quota-based environment
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in printing, visual communications, or A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industries is a plus
- Familiarity with cold calling, lead generation, or B2B sales techniques is helpful but not required
- Strong desire to build a career in sales, account management, or business development
