Job Summary
Assist and support the recruiting team with Full Lifecycle Recruiting. Responsibilities include sourcing and piping potential candidates through various channels, collaborating with clients and hiring managers to create job descriptions, prescreening candidates, acting as the first point of contact for candidates, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and updating candidate information using internal ATS. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or Psychology, outstanding communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards recruiting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or Psychology
- Outstanding communication skills
- Must be a go-getter, can’t be afraid to get on the phones or meet candidates in person
- Must have an interest in finance and technology
- Fast Learner
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to speak in Chinese is highly preferred
