Jr Provisioning Technician

Job Summary
Jr Provisioning Technician needed in-office in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities include configuring network and security systems using Zoho, PRTG, Immix, LiveView Technologies (including SightLogix, Axis Defender), and various cameras (CCD, LPR, Thermal, Flir, Hanwa, Axis, SightLogix, UniView, Dahua). Also configure EyeQ Cloud VMS, Milestone, Geovision VMS, SDC devices, wireless bridges (e.g., Ubiquiti), ScreenConnect/LogMeIn remote access, network switches, and analytics appliances; build NEMA boxes; basic troubleshooting; work within company Network Drives; and other tasks as assigned. Requires strong networking aptitude, detail orientation, and effective communication; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and commute to Marietta, GA. Prior experience with remote security equipment installation/configuration and IP camera systems is preferred; post-secondary education or certification in related field is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the US
- Experience with Windows OS
- Experience with IP camera systems
- Experience with Video Management Systems (i.e., Milestone, Genetec, etc.)
- Experience with installation and/or configuration of remote security equipment
- Experience with Wireless Systems (PTP, PTMP)
- Experience with Firewall/Router/VPN Management (SonicWall)
