Coordinate multiple parties including contractors while representing the client as the single point of contact. Under senior supervision, track execution, manage planning and budgets, coordinate subcontractors during the finishing phase, and resolve on-site problems. Contribute to the financial and technical accountability for assigned construction projects. Requires a Master's degree in Construction or Industrial Engineering, maximum two years of experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, VectorWorks, and MS Office. Located in Antwerp and Brussels for prestigious residential developments.
Required Qualifications
- Masterdiploma in Bouwkunde of als Industrieel Ingenieur, Ir-Architect
- Schoolverlater met maximum 2 jaar ervaring
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Uitstekende organisatorische capaciteiten en klantgerichte instelling
- Beheersing van programma's zoals VectorWorks, AutoCAD en MS Office
