Job Summary
Junior Project Manager to support estimating, planning, and managing property restoration and repair projects using Xactimate. Assist in creating, reviewing, and updating estimates; manage project documentation (scopes, photos, line items, timelines); communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters to support project execution; track project progress and report status to Senior PMs; support scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation; ensure estimates and project plans comply with company standards and regional cost guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Experience using Xactimate or similar estimating software (required)
- Basic understanding of construction or restoration project management
- Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
