Job Summary
Balance workloads across teams and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks. Update schedules to reflect changes in demand, priorities, or resource availability, while communicating shifts clearly to stakeholders. Proactively identify potential delays or issues and implement corrective actions, using data analysis to forecast future scheduling needs and recommend process improvements. Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation, leveraging ERP systems and scheduling software to support project execution. This role ensures projects remain on track, meet deadlines, and align with organizational goals within PingWind's federal services division.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- PMP and/or a Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III certification in Program Management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Coordinator or Master Scheduler
- 3–5 years of experience in scheduling, production planning, or a similar role
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Proficiency in scheduling software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and production planning processes
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
