Job Summary
Assist with projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from defining production plans to closing out. Develop detailed project plans to monitor schedules, track progress, and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Directly manage several fuel oil packaged systems and typical hydronic pump packages. Work with purchasing and vendors to track inbound materials and expedite as needed. Read and interpret mechanical drawings with a solid understanding of mechanical products. Provide technical support to the sales team, identifying opportunities and assisting in negotiations with customers and suppliers. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Regularly report on project status and escalate issues to management as needed. Work closely with sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution. Ability to travel as needed to support project activities and foster relationships with suppliers.
