Jr. Project Coordinator- Series Training

Job Summary
Input and maintain training records, filing systems, and trackers to ensure accuracy and organization, while issuing training reports. Book classrooms, prepare training spaces, and support the creation, formatting, and assembly of training aids and materials. Liaise with trainers and stakeholders to coordinate logistics, including rooms, consumables, mock-up components, and attendance records, while assisting with requisitions for supplies. Assist with documentation of training plans and schedules, and support continuous improvement of trackers and processes. Work with the Manager, Series Training, at the Shoreline Power Group in Kincardine, Ontario, to keep training activities organized and on track.
Required Qualifications
- undergraduate degree in Engineering or a technical diploma
- Education to include an undergraduate degree in Engineering or a technical diploma, or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills
- attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Ability to manage records
- support logistics in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- maintain accurate records
- Foundational understanding of adult learning principles
- Working awareness of SAT and ADDIE concepts
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in construction or coordination environments
- Experience with Canva
- Experience with data management systems
