Job Summary
Junior Product Owner to support backlog management, facilitate Agile ceremonies, conduct customer research, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value features. Responsibilities include sprint planning, reporting on velocity, translating release notes, and writing SOPs/knowledge base documents. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of related experience with Agile/Scrum tools (JIRA/AzureDevOps, Confluence), and ability to translate requirements into actionable items in a bilingual context (Spanish/Portuguese). The role is based in Dunwoody, GA, USA, within a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role with expertise in software development
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with JIRA or AzureDevOps
- Experience with Hotjar or Pendio
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile tools
