Job Summary
Resolve ad-hoc questions from teams and sites daily, turning recurring issues into documented solutions. Run the ops hotline and steer the AI chatbot, coordinating every incoming ticket with a clear owner and due date. Set up new B2B customers in systems like HubSpot and independently answer customer inquiries. Own end-to-end operational onboarding for new colleagues and handle rental site and asset issues from first report to fix. Spot manual tasks, document them, and automate them using tools like n8n and AI. Fluent German (C2) and a valid German Driver's Licence B are required. Located in Berlin Mitte, this role offers direct access to the COO and founders with no middle management.
Required Qualifications
