Job Summary
Provide network technical advice and assistance during planning and coordinate swift solutions to networking problems during execution. Deliver direct computer and network support including router, firewall, IDS/IPS, DNS, Active Directory and Exchange configuration, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for USMC deployed units. Assist in IA training, identify required hardware/software, coordinate transport and import permits, and provide deployed support across networks including routers, switches, firewalls, IDS/IPS, DNS, AD, Exchange, VPN, and monitoring tools. Perform network performance analysis, troubleshoot from L1 to L7, support secure communications and mission-critical systems. Requires DoD Secret clearance and OEM network support certification with OS/Application Certification; Microsoft/Cisco CCNA certification preferred. Location: Carderock, MD. Some travel may be required; candidates must be US Citizens.
