Job Summary
Conduct apartment make-ready, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building system maintenance while managing work orders and resident services. Perform preventive maintenance, capital planning, and property safety inspections alongside experienced supervisors and roving crews. Organize shop tools and coordinate pool, snow removal, and third-party contractor operations across live communities. Complete hands-on skills demonstrations and adhere to OSHA compliance standards. Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a trade program, technical school, certification, or degree program
- High school students with a strong interest in the trades will be considered
- Interested in HVAC, building maintenance, or skilled trades
- Motivated, reliable, and ready to learn
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to complete the basic job duties
