Jr Kindergarten Teacher

Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities using the Wonder of Learning® curriculum to engage young children. Create and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment while supervising indoor and outdoor play to uphold health and safety standards. Maintain open communication with families regarding child progress and daily activities, and observe, assess, and document learning to inform instruction. Support Assistant Teachers and Resource Teachers through active collaboration, and model positive guidance strategies to foster social-emotional growth. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance teaching skills.
