Job Summary
Install, maintain, and administer desktop computer systems, peripherals, and software for networked, classified, and unclassified environments. Diagnose, research solutions, and resolve hardware and software failures while providing users with guidance on equipment usage. Conduct IT audits, prepare progress reports, and manage trouble tickets in compliance with government standards. Coordinate equipment disassembly for office relocations and provide remote technical support as required. Perform software upgrades and document process improvements. Requires TS clearance, associate degree or equivalent experience, and ability to lift 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Associates Degree and 2 years of experience or 4 years of equivalent experience
- TS clearance
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be physically able to walk, squat, bend, twist, lift, crawl under desks, reach out and above head, carry items, push and pull carts loaded with equipment
Desired Qualifications
- IT Certifications applicable to desktop and mobile computer support
- Experience providing excellent customer service
