Job Summary
Install, diagnose, and repair specialized equipment at customer sites, identifying and replacing defective components to restore functionality. Assist clients with technical issues, explaining setup and usage of new hardware while providing on-site and remote support. Manage service calls from inception to completion, maintain accurate inventory records, and submit required technical paperwork. Requires a valid driver's license, a relevant undergraduate degree, and at least three years of technical support experience. Full-time Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
- At least three (3) years of experience in a technical support or field service role
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- The ability to work with minimal supervision
