Job Summary
Junior ICT internship role providing 1st and 2nd line remote support to European users from Eindhoven. Tasks include end user support on Windows 11 desktops/notebooks (in-office and remote via TeamViewer), assisting 2nd line IT colleagues on server hardware and OS management, various client/server applications, network equipment (wired and wireless), phone system, Active Directory user and computer management, proactive monitoring of the IT environment, and monitoring incoming tickets in the Service Desk portal. Dutch is the primary language within the department, with English as the company-wide language. Monday to Friday – full-time in the Eindhoven office; 350€ internship compensation.
