Job Summary
Assist with the design and development of packaging, product labels, and marketing materials while creating, updating, and maintaining existing design files. Build and modify product labels using established templates, prepare production-ready files for print and digital applications, and review artwork carefully for accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with the creative team, marketing, and product development departments to ensure projects are on-brand and ready for production. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while following established brand standards and style guidelines. Take direction and feedback from senior designers and department leadership. Stay current with design trends, software capabilities, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing creativity and fresh ideas to projects
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability and willingness to learn in a manufacturing and production-focused environment
