Job Summary
Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling financial models for U.S. restaurant, franchise, and retail client portfolios. Conduct detailed variance analysis comparing actuals to budget, analyze KPIs and unit-level metrics, and identify financial risks for the delivery team. Develop management reporting packages, financial dashboards, and executive summaries while ensuring all outputs are accurate and client-ready. Support month-end close deliverables including reconciliation packs and streamline FP&A processes to improve reporting efficiency. Work onsite from 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM within the Finance Delivery team, collaborating closely with clients to validate budgets and ensure timely submission of financial insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 6 months to 1 year of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of GAAP and financial statements
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- The role is onsite
- The shift timing is 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM
Desired Qualifications
- ACCA or CPA
- Proficiency in financial modeling
- Experience with tools such as Power BI, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar FP&A systems
