Job Summary
Manage and organize all Utility vendor accounts by collecting daily timesheets for accuracy review and entry into Heavy Job per union agreements and payroll policies. Process billing unit sheets for revenue collection in Viewpoint Service Management and liaise with the field team on document collection and cost coding. Verify vendor receiving tickets against invoices, record entries, and ensure monthly job cost closings are processed accurately. Scan, file, and catalog documents to referenced projects while maintaining miscellaneous logs. Perform general administration duties, including backup processing of purchase orders and Accounts Receivable billing, and execute special assignments and reporting as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High level of Microsoft Excel/Office experience
- Detail oriented and able to demonstrate high degree of accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and willingness to perform in a team environment
