Jr. Facilities Technician

Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs focused on facilities carpentry, including doors, locks, thresholds, furniture, and minor structural fixes; perform building upkeep tasks such as ceiling tile replacement, carpet/tile repairs, wall patching and painting, and safety equipment upgrades; execute basic plumbing work (e.g., clearing drains, fixture replacement, servicing flushometers, maintaining restroom equipment); follow written work orders, sketches, and verbal instructions while adhering to building codes and safety standards; escort third-party vendors in controlled areas and ensure compliance with site protocols; support office/lab setups, furniture moves, event preparation, and interplant deliveries of inventory and supplies; must be US citizenship due to access restrictions.
