Jr. Executive - Exports & Logistics

Carry out daily order booking, ERP invoicing, E-Invoicing, and dispatch coordination in M3. Create picking lists, E-waybills, and delivery orders while maintaining registers for shipments and complaints. Coordinate with Sales, Production, QC, Warehouse, Finance, and Purchase teams to ensure on-time dispatches and sample handling. Manage documentation, LR copies, and all dispatch records per retention periods. Occasional travel required when necessary. Graduate with 1-3 years of logistics experience.
