Job Summary
Jr. Engineer, Process Automation responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions to improve manufacturing and business processes. Lead analytics delivery with Spotfire dashboards for data-driven decisions, support paperless system integration across multiple applications, and assist large-scale automation/digitalization projects. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and IT to evaluate automation requests, ensure data integrity and reliable system integration, and apply strong SQL, PHP, JavaScript, Java, and Python skills to drive operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field
- At least 2 years of experience in system integration, automation, or web development
- Experience with paperless systems and MES integration is an advantage
- Understanding of semiconductor assembly and test manufacturing processes is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in software development and system integration
- Proficiency in SQL, PHP, JavaScript, Java, and Python
- Experience in Spotfire dashboard development and advanced analytics
- Knowledge of MES integration and SECS/GEM communication protocols
- Familiarity with automation technologies and real-time data monitoring systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent project management and time management capabilities
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to solving complex challenges
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
