Job Summary
Jr Engineer - Electrical Components (Wire Harness) needed to design and develop electrical/electromechanical components for Electrolux Group’s R&D in Food Preparation. You will design electrical diagrams, create new wiring modules using CAD tools (E3-Zuken, Siemens NX, Catia), prepare BOM data (ANC-design BOM), ensure requirements across specs (functionality, reliability, manufacturability, safety, environmental impact), and build samples with suppliers. You’ll provide technical support to factories to reduce re-work and improve productivity, and maintain electrical component catalogs and supply specifications. This role involves Lean Thinking projects and occasional national/international travel. Based at Curitiba Factory Plant with a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of electrical components, testing methods, component development, and design
- Experience with CAD programs (E3-Zuken, Siemens NX, Catia)
- Ability to design electrical diagrams and wiring modules
- Experience with BOM creation and supplier collaboration
- Structured engineering approach and cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (2-4 times per year)
