JR. EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) Analyst - Bilingual

Job Summary
Junior EHS Analyst role in a manufacturing environment requiring hands-on safety experience, ability to conduct inspections across shifts at El Salto and Santa Ana plants, support contractor permits, deliver safety training, analyze safety data, and promote a proactive safety culture. Requires a Bachelor's in Industrial or Environmental Engineering (or related field), 2+ years in industrial safety/EHS, knowledge of NOM STPS and Civil Protection, bilingual English/Spanish, and on-site rotating 6x2 schedule across two plants.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial safety / EHS roles
- Experience in manufacturing plants, ideally with 500+ employees
- Knowledge of Mexican industrial safety regulations, including NOMs STPS and Civil Protection requirements
- Experience conducting safety inspections, identifying hazards, and following up on corrective actions
- Experience supporting or delivering safety training to plant personnel and/or contractors
- Ability to analyze safety KPIs, reports, and statistics
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office and training material/presentation tools
- Advanced English (bilingual preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and field execution skills
- Availability to work on-site under a rotating 6x2 schedule with weekly shift rotation
- Availability to support operations at both Santa Ana and El Salto
