Job Summary
Conduct eDiscovery operations from ingestion through archiving, identifying, preserving, collecting, and producing Electronically Stored Information (ESI) in response to discovery requests. Utilize standardized tools like Relativity, Clearwell, and Concordance to manage production, perform complex Boolean searches, and generate data analysis reports. Maintain daily client contact, ensure proper data handling procedures and chain of custody, and address data quality issues. Provide expert witness testimony as needed and perform other laboratory functions assigned. Work in high-pressure, court deadline-driven environments while maintaining a Public Trust Security Clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or foreign equivalent with a minimum of 24 credit hours in computer science, engineering, or mathematics
- 24 credit hours in computer science, engineering, or mathematics
- Experience in the use of standardized eDiscovery software tools such as Relativity, Clearwell, Concordance, or other enterprise tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance
- U.S. Citizen
- Less than three (3) years of eDiscovery experience
Desired Qualifications
- Equivalent years performing either digital forensics or eDiscovery
- Experience with standardized eDiscovery software tools such as Relativity, Clearwell, Concordance, or other enterprise eDiscovery tools
