Job Summary
Serve as the direct point of contact for a dedicated list of clients, providing industry advice and recommendations to help them achieve their goals. Create and execute data-driven SEO strategies, manage PPC campaigns, and plan content outlines for the team. Analyze campaign performance data in Google Analytics and RevenueCloudFX to prepare monthly reports and interpret web analytics for strategic adjustments. Conduct industry research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to determine best practices for clients. Perform light editing in client website backends to correct errors and implement content. This entry-level role includes comprehensive on-the-job training and offers a clear progression path to Digital Marketing Specialist. The position is based fully in-office at our riverside campus in Harrisburg, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- GPA: 3.4 or above
- Prior experience working, in any field (for example: a part-time job, summer job, internship, etc)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience (in any industry)
- Presentation skills
- Analytical and research skills
- Digital marketing experience
- Copywriting for the web experience
- Excel/Google Suite
- Google Analytics
- Basic HTML
- You're interested in the web, and like keeping up with new technology
- You're professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- You take pride in your work and always strive for high-quality results
