Jr. Data Scientist - (Canada-based)

Jr. Data Scientist (Canada-based) join Artefact’s data, analytics & AI consulting team in Montréal, working with stakeholders to translate marketing and business challenges into analytical use cases. Develop statistical and machine learning models (regression, forecasting, classification, clustering), build scalable data pipelines for ingestion and transformation, deploy production-ready modeling solutions with training, deployment and monitoring, evaluate techniques based on context, and create clear data visualizations to support decision making. Collaboration with cross-functional partners in an agile environment to maximize business impact. Requires substantial quantitative skills and a Master’s degree (or higher). Proficiency in Python (preferred) and/or R; experience in the financial sector and cloud technologies (GCP, Azure, AWS) are a plus.
