Job Summary
Junior Customer Service Representative in the Americas who will be the main contact for customers, handling orders, inquiries, and complaints with a customer-first mindset. Coordinates with Sales, Supply Chain, and internal teams to ensure timely communication, shipment tracking, and documentation. Responsibilities include entering orders into SAP/customer portal/EDI, following up on orders, negotiating details, managing complaints, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, order fulfillment, Credit, and PSRA. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless service experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in Customer Service preferred
- Good knowledge of standard office software
