Job Summary
Junior Customer Service Representative to support Sales and CSR operations by processing purchase orders, maintaining customer accounts, responding to inquiries via phone and email, providing product and service information, assisting with account setup and documentation, reactivating inactive accounts, handling RMAs, and cross-training across departments as needed. Requires strong English communication, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, solid organizational abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Office-based role with duties including administrative support, reporting, and participation in meetings.
