Jr Controller / Accountant AR

Job Summary
In this hybrid Jr Controller / AR Accountant role, you split your time evenly between project control (monitoring profitability, KPI tracking, project-based revenue recognition, forecasting/budgeting, and reporting) and accounts receivable (daily invoicing, client dossiers in ERP, and supporting financial analyses). You work closely with operational and finance teams to bridge strategy and execution, applying financial discipline to drive rentability and timely billing while maintaining clear dashboards and insights for decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Higher financial education (minimaal bachelor in accountancy, finance of management control)
- experience in one or more of: management control, audit, corporate finance, accounts receivable, or projectadministration
- experience with BI-tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- ERP-systems
- strong analytical skills
- accurate, structured and deadline-driven
- problem solver with collaborative and diplomatic attitude
- good communication in Dutch and/or French; English is a plus
- flexible with strategic and operational tasks
