Job Summary
Entry-level construction field role supporting the Construction Manager with supervision and scheduling of trade partners from trench to customer move-in. Responsible for daily model maintenance, documenting and communicating home-building progress, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in the community. Manages detailed customer communications of home progress from purchase agreement through COE, with potential for career progression within the construction team. Requires strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work with trade partners to support on-time project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year of related experience
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
