Jr. Buyer/Planner

Job Summary
Jr. Buyer/Planner responsible for production planning and procurement of material, ensuring production plans align with customer requirements and creating procurement plans to support monthly production; collaborates with Site Planners, Operations Manager, and Production Coordinator; creates weekly production plans with risk items, updates Make Buy decisions, inputs plans into File Pro, tracks Time to Order/Time to Acknowledge/Time to Deliver, supports NPI and tooling procurement with Engineering, and handles vendor-related activities including issuing POs for equipment calibration and outside services; monitors and maintains planning and supply chain metrics and supports office/building needs procurement; willingness to work overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years of work experience in production planning
- 2+ Years of work experience in Supply Chain Management
- 2 Year Diploma in Supply Chain Management, preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Willing to work overtime as needed
