Job Summary
Facilitate conference room and hybrid meeting support at NCI Rockville and Bethesda locations by performing on-site maintenance and verifying equipment functionality. Provide hands-on technical assistance for video teleconferencing, WebEx, Zoom, and MS Teams platforms, including laptop connectivity and presentation display. Conduct daily checks to ensure all audio-visual gear is online, charged, and operational, while logging all customer transactions in ServiceNow. Work core hours Monday through Friday between 7 AM and 6 PM, traveling daily to various Montgomery County, MD sites. Permanent residency or US citizenship is required for the government background investigation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of technical support experience in audio/visual technologies
- Experience supporting telephony, video, network and/or other collaboration devices
- Experience using ticketing system
- Experience providing customer service and end user support
- Strong proven record learning new technologies and support
- Strong written and oral communications
- Ability to work core hours Monday-Friday between 7AM to 6 PM
- Ability to work on-site daily at various sites in Montgomery County, MD
- Permanent Residency or US Citizenship
