Job Summary
Entry-level Jr. Associate Support Engineer, AMS (Command Center) based in the São Paulo office. Responsibilities include monitoring real-time performance across calls, chats, and tickets to ensure service targets, supporting resolution of technical issues for internal teams and vendors, and acting as a liaison between business and technology while participating in the escalation process in a 24x7 environment. Requires willingness to learn, IT/Engineering background, and business‐level English.
Required Qualifications
- IT or Engineering Education Degree
- Business level English
- 0-1 year experience or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new skills and work in a 24x7 environment
