Job Summary
Prepare collection and overdue account reports, generate account statements, and contact clients to manage collection efforts and address discrepancies in accounts receivable portfolios. Coordinate monthly meetings with agencies and clients to review portfolios, handle escalations, and ensure collection targets are met with a focus on customer service. Identify process optimization opportunities, create departmental manuals, and initiate supervisor discussions to implement new strategies and best practices. This role supports Publicis Groupe's global network of advertising and media agencies by delivering essential finance and accounting services.
Required Qualifications
- Studies or equivalent experience in finance with a business focus. Accounting.
- Two or more years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Intermediate-level oral and written communication skills.
