Job Summary
Coordinate planning and sharing meetings with regional partners and OUSD(I&S) leadership to strengthen foreign intelligence relationships. Draft responses to Executive Branch and Congressional inquiries while synchronizing Asia/Indo-Pacific engagements through Action Plans and Defense Intelligence Partner Engagement Boards. Prepare staff packages, read-aheads, and briefing materials for DoD official visits with foreign dignitaries. Correspond with defense attaché offices and partner liaison officers to facilitate administrative, protocol, and travel logistics for senior officials. Maintain relationships across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, DoD, and Intelligence Committee on Indo-Pacific issues. Requires active TS/SCI clearance and experience in high-visibility, unstructured operating environments.

Desired Qualifications
- 3 years experience working national, DoD, and IC policies and procedures, foreign relations or Regional Desk Officer like duties
- Demonstrated knowledge in foreign affairs and foreign intelligence relationships
- Experience in preparing and coordinating read-aheads, staff packages, briefings, and other materials for senior DoD leadership decision and awareness
- Demonstrated experience in Asia and Indo-Pacific related issues
- Proven experience coordinating across stakeholder communities: specifically, across the DoD and IC
- Bachelor's degree in a Political Science or a related field
