Job Summary
Maintain high quality standards and provide excellent customer service by performing cleaning and janitorial duties for interior and exterior product preparation. Ensure the property's central trash removal areas are serviced, emptied, and kept clean while maintaining tools and equipment in working order. Execute basic housekeeping tasks to prepare apartments for occupancy, including cleaning light fixtures, windows, laundry rooms, and common areas such as the clubhouse, recreation room, and office. Attend monthly safety meetings, accurately complete work records, and safely store chemicals and hazardous materials. Assist with snow removal as needed and maintain neat work and storage areas. This role requires a flexible schedule including weekends, overtime, and on-call duties, along with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work a flexible schedule (Weekends, OT, On-Call)
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license or ability to utilize an alternative form of transportation at their own expense which allows them to reach the required destination in a time period comparable to that if they were to drive their own vehicle
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance (for employees choosing to drive their own vehicle)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
