Job Summary
Perform cleaning and janitorial duties for interior and exterior product preparation, maintaining the overall appearance of the property. Service trash removal areas and compactors, while cleaning light fixtures, windows, laundry rooms, and common spaces including the clubhouse and fitness center. Prepare apartments for occupancy and ensure tools, equipment, and supply carts remain in working order and organized. Store chemicals and hazardous materials safely, attend monthly safety meetings, and complete work records accurately. Assist with snow removal as needed. This role requires a flexible schedule including weekends, overtime, and on-call rotation, along with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Candidates must be available for offsite meetings, vendor visits, and tasks away from the assigned location.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work a flexible schedule (Weekends, OT, On-Call)
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license or ability to utilize an alternative form of transportation at their own expense which allows them to reach the required destination in a time period comparable to that if they were to drive their own vehicle
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance (for employees choosing to drive their own vehicle)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
