Job Summary
Jr. Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining high quality standards and providing excellent customer service to residents. Performs cleaning/janitorial duties for interior and exterior product preparation, maintains property appearance, services central trash areas, manages tools/equipment, conducts basic housekeeping to prepare apartments for occupancy, cleans fixtures and common areas, attends monthly safety meetings, handles hazardous materials safely, maintains organized storage areas, and assists with offsite meetings and travel to other locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work a flexible schedule (Weekends, OT, On-Call)
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license or ability to utilize alternative transportation for required travel to multiple locations and meetings
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening may be required
